Comments for Tears For Fears, The Seeds Of Love

This is a meticulously crafted followup to Big Chair, and the complexities of its jazz and soul fusions (with Oleta Adams performing wonderfully on backing vocals and piano) makes this one of the most underrated albums of the dance- driven late 1980s. It is a shame this album strained the creative collaboration of Orzabal and Smith, but is worth owning nonetheless.
