Comments for Tenpole Tudor, Eddie Old Bob Dick And Gary

This band was too short-lived! They had a wonderfully nutty and fun sound that was unlike anything else ever recorded. (The closests I can think of are Madness and Adam and the Ants). "Swords of a Thousand Men" and "Three Bells in a Row" are great tracks!

Tenpole Tudor and "Eddie, Old Bob, Dick and Gary" are exactly what music is meant to be. Pure fun. (Real Fun? Ha Ha.) Following recent tours and new songs, let us hope for a new album soon. (October 1996)
