Comments for The Allman Brothers, The Filmore Concerts

This is still one of my most favorite recordings of the Brothers. I listen to it today and still hear fresh things, new licks on the guitar and am yet amazed that any band could crank out live music that is this tight.

This is my favorite Allman''s album. The blues showcased here are incredible and this version of Drunken-Hearted Boy recorded at 6 O''clock in the morning is superb.

This is a 2 CD superset of Live At Filemore East. All songsare from live concerts in 1971. The songs TroubLive At Filemore East.le No More,One Way Out, and Mountain Jam are the same versions on EatA Peach. Along with those, Don`t Keep Me Wonderin`, andDrunken Hearted Boy are not on Live At Filmore East.This contains some classics like Statesboro Blues and StormyMonday. This is worth purchasing over Live At Filmore Eastespecially if you don`t have Eat A Peach.
